You have full personal rights over the character/adopt and may alter it/redesign/customize to your liking as long as it is still coherently the same character. Other than the design, they are a blank slate and can be altered with descriptions like names and backstories, as well as using them as a persona. You got full rights on the character man do whatever wuhaha.Buying an adopt comes with commercial rights too, no additional payment needed.YOU MAY NOT RESELL TO ANOTHER PERSON AT A HIGHER PRICE UNLESS SAID CHARACTER HAS WORTH INDICATED WITH COMISSIONED WORK FOR FAIRNESS
